That’s what I was thinking as well. If we post all our creations in 1 reply, the reply will get very long, and people won’t get notified that there’s a new creation posted.
And I think a broad theme as a suggestion is a good idea as well.
I’ll add some more info in the original post to reflect this stuff, a little while later this morning. Thanks for your input!
I crafted my first pin! It did not work overly well as our cast iron pan had gone missing, so I used what I had. It wasn’t as crispy as I had hoped, but it still tasted good.
January’s theme is KITCHEN. Make something for your kitchen, in your kitchen, or kitchen-inspired.
Feel free to completely ignore this theme and do something else, or use it for inspiration to find a pin in your collection to complete.
I’ve also added a little more info to the original post, and I’ll add the monthly themes there as well, so they’re easier to find.

I agree with a separate post each time because of the notifications and such. I am probably not going to post every completion in here because I feel like I am already tracking all of my finishes in the 50 Projects list. I don’t think multiple postings works for me, too confusing!
My 50 projects are mostly ATCs and things I started last year that I want to finish, so the projects I’ll post in here are “extra,” lol. I mostly want to actually make the recipes I pinned years ago

I get a lot of notifications from Pinterest but instead of just pinning, I decided I was use a few of them as inspiration to make some small doodles. I like doodling between other larger projects or when I am bored with a tv show.
It also gives me ideas for larger art projects or journaling. I am also trying to use some of the art supplies I bought during Covid and never really used.
Inspired by art on Pinterest:
These took about half an hour. Jeans pockets from stash (am I the only one that never wastes a pair of jeans?) Backing from stash, cotton batting from stash, I only bought the Insul-bright.
Beautiful bags! And hooray for following through on those pins
I’m still trying not to eat all my hearts of palm before making the sandwich I pinned. I so far have only failed at this task, lol… Perhaps I ought to buy 3 cans and plan on making the sandwich on the same day I buy the heart of palm.

I love heart of palm, so you must make this!
Inspired by your onigirazu, I am headed to the Asian market this weekend. I say a great pin where you use the nori but then wrap the entire thing in rice paper and then brown it to get a really crunchy outside.
Also, Korean tuna salad is one of my pins, so it would be nice to get these two done by the end of the month!
I missed this craftalong earlier, what a good idea! I’m planning to edit and act on some of my pins too. Recently I’ve been copying out some of the quotes and poems I’ve bookmarked, either in a notebook or in paintings/illustrations. It’s nice to spend time thinking about the inspiration, rather than just pinning and then forgetting about it.
