Crochet Spiderweb - Halloween Spooktacular Entry 2025

I made this for my partner in the All Hallows Swap out of black cotton yarn. I used this YT tutorial:

It turned out really well and I really want to make another one for myself now.

You can use it as decor, or a trivet or maybe a placemat? I was originally looking for a coaster pattern but this one caught my eye instead.

That looks great and you must’ve worked some magic crocheting with an injured wrist- props to you!

I have found I can do small projects with modifications. This one really is as big as I can do before I need to call it quits. Even stretching it out over a few days. But, it was fun working it out, even with an angry wrist.

It’s so hard to stop crafting! And my sewing machine isn’t working either… I’m about to borrow one from the library so I can do some crafting that’s easier on my wrist. I’ve resprained it 4 times over the course of this year and now I have a referral to a hand surgeon… But this lil project went surprisingly well!
