Easter Brunch Feast

I did some prep work ahead of Easter Vigil, so that on Easter Sunday all I had to do was defrost and bake what I had already prepared. We had a lovely meal. We did make a couple of things that morning—the scrambled eggs and fruit salad. I made the fruit salad with the help of my 12 (almost 13!)-year-old son.

All the food was homemade except for the “Maria cookies” and Two-bite brownies."

I prepped the cinnamon rolls on Saturday morning and put them in the fridge:

After I finished rolling them, I had a bit of dough left, so I rolled it in what was left of the sugar/cinammon mixture and sliced it up. It looks like chicken, lol:

Then I fried them.

They turned out delicious.
