As you might have seen in the ”what are you working on today”-thread @skrutt found a fun challenge on a Swedish handicraft instagram account. Basically it’s embroidery bingo.
It’s organised on the instagram account for the Medelpad handicraft association (medelpadshemslojd on instagram). I’m crafting along for fun, but if you have an instagram account and tag your posts about it you can play along and possibly win something.
Embroider the different prompts in a square of your choice. Any technique, any ambition level (it’s ok to just embroider the written word if you can’t think of anything)

I wanted to do this but it wasn’t going to be fun if no one else I knew wasn’t in! I am going to mark off my grid and maybe cheat a little as well to catch up…thanks, @Annchen !
Do you have a ring of some kind under your sun? Or is it just yarn in a circle? And it looks so nice with the overlapping.

I blanket stitched over a small ring I found in my button box.
The fabric I found is very loose woven so some of the overlapping is to keep it from stretching too far out of shape. I am going to spend the day making the boxes…I think that would help a lot.
I love these grids so far!! I really wanted to join in on this, but the timing is just not good for me. Love, love the idea though! So glad you started a little along for it! I’ll be following along with you guys.
