Happy Spring!

Getting outside right now is impossible for so many reasons, so I made a little 6 x 6 shadowbox to celebrate the season. The paper used is called Farm Meadow and is so charming that I didn’t want to cover it up with a bunch of miniatures. (I really, really like cramming all the things onto tiny surfaces.) But not today!

Look how sweet that paper is! Some of it has a pearlescent shine…it’s nice.

I added a few birds, flowers, and critters here and there

and found a miniature potting soil bag and seed packets on a collage sheet from Alpha Stamps.

It was a quick and relaxing project that makes me happy.

Hope everyone is finding some happy in their day!

That is precious!

What a sweet spring-themed shadow box!
You’ve managed to capture the essence of all-things-spring…to be admired and enjoyed indoors:)

This is so cheery! I swoon for anything with rabbits and birds, and your shadow box is especially nice. I can see why you didn’t want to block the paper; it’s very sweet.

Welp, you’ve done it again. Adorable adornments and utterly charming!

Oh my goodness! This is the best! I love how bright and cheerful it is.

Oh my gosh, it is so cute! Look at all of those tiny details! Did you know that the state bird of Iowa is the goldfinch? It’s why I have a metal one outside to remind me of my home state.

So joyful
It makes me feel all excited for spring.
