Pocket letters usually have surprises in the back, but goodness yours were so abundant and thoughtful! That’s usually the hardest part for me - figuring out what goodies to add!

In a surprise delivery, I also received from @mel today! On the same day she received from me! How fun!
It was SUCH a delight to open this package. First off, the chocolate was MUCH needed and MUCH appreciated this afternoon. AND A CANADIAN STICKER! I love my Canadian neighbors and many things Canadian because it’s my dream to go to Prince Edward Island.
As for my crafty item…I thought it was a fancily folded washcloth but it’s a box, holder, magic thing!! You open it up and its like a box without a lid and you let go and it folds back up into it’s neat, little shape! It’s baffling but also amazing. In @mel’s note she said if I didn’t know what to do with it I could use it as a dishcloth! Ummm…NO WAY! This thing shall never touch any of my dirty dishes. It shall reside on my desk to hold special treasures only. 
But she already included some special treasures! Two little Canadian flag pins and a recipe for Fully Loaded Blondies! What a thoughtful, little extra!!

Funny story…we’re hockey fans. We play lots of Canadian teams and I am always getting “Oh Canada” stuck in my head and singing it around the house really loudly. And now I can proudly wear some Canada pins whilst I do so.

That’s not all…I also received from @Kwality570 today! (Spoiled, I know!)
ONE MONTH AGO
But…I’m not going to show you that. I’m going to show you what I received about a month or so ago because Kwality and I did this swap as if we were doing the Make a Friend Swap.
We exchanged very long letters (hers was 10 pages typed!) and a small, about-me, or related-to-me item. So, in addition to her letter I also got:
This awesome Kwality Monster ATC card. Isn’t he cute?!
And the world’s most gorgeous, crocheted zipper pouch! She dyed this yarn herself and the combination of the yarn and that particular stitch is just heavenly and lovely!
So, after our letters and wee, little fun things @kwality570 and I are now solid Lettuce Craft buds (and I like to hopefully think real, life pals as well!) We’ve messaged back and forth on here annnnnd for the finale of this swap I got the following package:
TODAY
Here’s everything all nice and neat before I tore into it because I was so excited…
First, I opened this tassel-y bit of woven gorgeousness and squealed…it automatically made my mind go back to Rory jumping off that big ol’ thing and pretending I, too, could be in a fun secret society. In Omnia Paratus! All the threads/yarns/ribbons are so dreamy and magical. I love, love, love it!
And it’s a magnet! (And already up on my fridge! I thought about hanging it upstairs in my room but I will see it all the time on my fridge and that makes me happy.)
And I got some fun, little stickers! Camping themed!!
And then I opened this up…a beautiful cuff bracelet that matches the magnet I already fell in love with. Adventure awaits! (This package makes me really feel like I ought to be out camping and exploring and tackling life instead of curled up on my couch watching documentaries about Victorian life.)
And she sent me a big envelope of tons and tons of extra labels from her husband’s work. There are all sorts. And I have no idea what I’ll use them for yet (besides regular label uses, you know) but I’m happy to add them to my stash piles of possibilities!! 
And for the grand finale…a Kwality Monster! His name is Benny and he is awesome. I said I wouldn’t be again receiving a monster hanging and she delivered! It’s so bright and colorful and perfect!
My favorite part is the texture she adds with the black outline. I tried to get a couple better, closer up shots so you could see the fun textures and beautiful shading she does…
And…I couldn’t wait because I was so excited…he’s already up on my wall above my desk. Can you spy him?!
Thank you so much @kwality570 for the awesome package!! I hope to have yours out tomorrow. I’m such a slacker. I also told myself I shouldn’t have opened yours until I sent mine but I have no self control. Thank you so so so much! I’m so glad your invited me to swap.

I just added two more pictures of it to try to show/explain it a bit better. It really is magical!
And yes, great idea to include a recipe! I think that’s such a sweet, little extra to include. I’m going to start saving little recipes here and there to include in happy mail and things just because. My grandmother used to do that and I just think it’s so nice.

I received an awesome package from @Bunny1kenobi today! She knows me too well and spoiled me accordingly. Everything was wonderful and thoughtful.
I did have some help opening all of these pretty bundles…in fact, DS2 opened most of them.
The first thing I saw was a clever and beautiful bookmark that immediately found a home.
She made this stunning needlebook! I just adore it. My old needlebook was getting really cramped, but now I can divide my needles up by category and feel that much more organized. You can’t tell from the picture, but the covers are hard - no needles are going to be poking through.
Next up is a leather belt pouch. It’s gorgeously rustic with the hair still on the hide and this neat old key. I’m planning a post-apocalyptic costume, and this will be perfect! Though, if I can find an occasion to wear it before Halloween, I will.
We were definitely on the same wavelength - she made me a pearl and crystal bracelet, too! Chunky and multi-stranded is just my style. I love it (and so did my little helper, who almost took off with it).
And, my new favorite camping t-shirt!
@Bunny1kenobi also made me a magnetic to do list with a wonderful reminder.
Fabulously geeky return address labels (I am actually working on an embroidery piece inspired by that night sky scene).
And, last, but not least, she sent me this great vintage book of iron-on embroidery designs! Thank you so much! They’re awesome!

I’m so glad you liked your package! There were some firsts for me- I’ve never made a belt pouch or a needle book before. I was pretty nervous that they wouldn’t turn out very well. There’s definitely a little wonkiness going on… 
The bookmark was an experiment, too.
