Ladies' Springtime Tea Party

This was a spring tea party I hosted for my 6-year-old niece, her mom, and my mom.

For lunch, we had tea sandwiches (tarragon chichen salad vol-au-vent, star-shaped peppered turkey and cheddar on whole wheat, cucumber and dill cream cheese on sourdough, heart-shaped peanut butter and jelly on whole wheat,)

Dessert was strawberry cake, layered jello, flower cookies, and cream cheese mints.

There were mini versions of everything set up for my niece’s dolls as well.

After lunch, we made suncatchers with fresh flowers, and beaded necklaces and bracelets.

It was a fun event to plan, and everyone enjoyed it. I figured my niece would either love it or not care AT ALL, but she had a great time! We’re planning to make it an annual tradition :grinning:

Oh my gosh, this looks amazing! We have a local place that offers high tea, and it’s nothing compared to this setup!

My jaw has dropped to the floor! Oh my goodness. That had to have taken forever! The apple swan is my favorite. I wouldn’t have eaten anything because i wouldn’t want to mess up any of the perfect. She will remember this forever!
