Wow! This is stunning!!
Fantastic!
I got this lovely prize package from @MistressJennie
Ooh, sharp new scissors! And the wonderful Lettuce Craft logos, with floss and hoops to finish them! (I’m already planning to use them for a quilt block).
Thank you so much!
So glad we feed each others’ ever growing crafting stash…I love those colors together…
I have titanium little scissors and love them so much that I bought three pairs! They are great for precise cutting and they stay sharp for a very long time!!
Excellent prize!
I finished my piece by framing it in a Dollar Tree frame sans glass. It is now in the hands of the intended recipient, @bluebird, so I can post it…FINISHED!
Working furiously to get three more pieces done and out of my WIP basket!
@jemimah made me a mug rug for the Grab Bag Swap that included one of her little cacti embroidered piece. Using it as an example, I used my little cacti to make another finished piece!
@jemimah 's inspiration:
My finished mug rug!
I love your version!

Yay for November!! We had quite a few stitches in October, which was nice! Enough that I got to use the Wheel of Names again to select a winner. Exciting!
And our winner for October is…
@Dooney!! Yay! You get to select our theme for November!
Congrats! Hope you will continue stitching…your little ghost was fun and adorable!
Congrats on winning!
Are you going to pick a theme for November? It can be pretty much anything you like, seasonal or not. Something vague and open to interpretation, like “winter” is often more appealing than something super specific like “the sixth day of christmas”
Shoot, now I have to do six geese…
Ohhh my goodness! Sorry I dropped off the face of the planet for a bit. Ahhhhhh the pressure!
Has “books/reading” been a theme yet?
No worries!
Inspired by books was a theme this past June. There is a list of all this year’s themes in the first post of this thread. I chose the last book theme, so I love it and wouldn’t mind repeating it! If you want to select something different though, feel free to adjust based on the list. I should have directed you there…I realize you are new to this thread!
Ok, I got it! I choose… something unexpected! Could be an unconventional technique, optical illusion, things in places they don’t belong, etc. ![]()
