Little Endemic Birb Paintings

I hope I’m not boring everyone with my endemic birds from O’ahu, but I’m realizing how much mental thought I put into this in the past months and I’m just excited to share.

Focusing on the same twelve endemic forest birds as my clay masks, I also painted small illustration-inspired canvases of each of the birds.
They each measure 3.5” x 2.75,” so just slightly wider than an ATC.

They’re all acrylic on tiny stretched canvas.
