Little witchy doll

For the All Hallow’s Eve swap, I made my partner a little witch.

I used Brenda Sanker’s witch pattern (https://www.etsy.com/listing/568777672) to make her. I used one of her patterns before to make a Krampus doll.

The little witch is primarily made from painter’s drop cloth and aged with instant coffee. Her hair is flax wefts that I needle felted onto her head. Her clothing is from my massive pile of scrap fabric. It was also all aged with instant coffee.

She was fun to make. The kiddo says she sort of has a witchy scarecrow vibe going on and I can see that. I think it gives her a little bit of a sweet vibe.

I was wondering how you made her. So cool! That Krampus doll is pretty amazing too.

Thanks everyone!

I am the lucky recipient of this fabulous witch. She is sitting looking at me now with her sweet knowing eyes.

She looks just like a friend of ours, the hair and the eyes! She’s a bit of a friendly witch too.

So cute! Love the rustic look- it reminds me of antique dolls.
