So I made miso soup a looong time ago, and all you need is a tiny amount of miso for it, but stores where I live only sell miso in this giant container.
So I decided to experiment yesterday, and I must say it actually turned out pretty good!
I just cooked some kidney beans with cut up red and yellow bell peppers, yellow carrot, and spinach. I added some soy sauce, a tiny bit of teriaky sauce, and about a tablespoon of miso, along with some water. I also added some garlic powder. I let it warm up just until the spinach wilted. The beans came from a can, so they were already cooked, and I like my veggies crunchy. I served it with rice and everyone seemed to enjoy it
