Not a problem! Glad she is here!
The first advent prompt is up!
autumn leaves - Craft something that is breakable/fragile, has or uses leaves, that takes time to dry, or uses something found in nature/outdoors.
Advent #2 is up!
corn maze - Craft something that is yellow, confusing, fun, tall, or is useful when cold
I have ideas for both of these! Now, I just have to get myself organized so I can start crafting
Happy Sunday! Here is Advent #3!
pumpkins - Craft something that is orange, has a face, has seeds, that lights up, or something to do with art
Question re: the increase in Free Ranges:
Now that it’s 2 per month, do we have to use them or lose them each month, or do they carry over (so we could use all 6 in December, or 1 this month + 3 next month etc.)?
I think it’s use them or lose them.
We did make them month specific when we did the year long round on Craftster. But I think we should just have six free range a season. Everyone else agree? Disagree? If we all agree, I’ll change the rules
ETA: this season we have 12 extra bonus prompts with the advent event, so it might feel a little overwhelming. But in future rounds, I think it would be great to have six extra slots for those times that you’ve crafted something and just can’t make it fit into a prompt, or if you’ve been especially crafty in a season and have more to post.
I like that idea.
I like the idea, too! Sometimes, I have projects later that don’t fit any prompts, and I hate to “waste” them
Yes, I like the idea of 6 extra slots because sometimes I either run out of prompts, or an item just doesn’t fit any prompt I have left to do.
Sounds great to me. Thanks for clarifying!
Happy Sunday, here’s the next advent prompt!
Halloween - Craft something that is used at night, for a holiday, is sweet, is black, has a cat, a costume, or for a child

For a moment, thesaurus was winning the battle, but at the last moment, two people crafted for dictionary, so dictionary wins! I had a meme come across my memories right before I finished updating tracking, and saw this meme pop up that I will still share anyway.
Sad Thesaurus…
And because thesaurus had a meme, I searched for one for dictionary as well!
Happy Dictionary!

Hello! Here is this week’s advent prompt!
seasonal changes - Craft something to keep you warm, that is soft, has layers, or is blue
I had all of my projects chosen for every prompt except for the battle, and managed to get none of them done! But, last night, I realized that I could complete something for the battle and snuck it in right near the end!
The next couple of weeks will be fairly insane at school, but hopefully, I can settle into the rhythm of our hybrid model quickly (probably just in time for us to go back to remote ), and I can get some crafting done!
November prompts are up, and it only took me the whole month, but Prompt Palace is back in order!
November Battle: cooked vs raw
November Theme:
The fungus among us!
- Button Mushrooms - Craft something with buttons, that is white, or is vaguely round.
- Destroying Angel - Craft something angelic, or sinister, or something that isn’t what it appears to be.
- Fly Agaric - Craft something that is red, has polka dots, or is fairy tale-esque.
- Penny Bun - Craft something that is cheap (or from stash), is beige, or uses a oven.
- Pink Oyster - Craft something that is pink, frilly, or opens to reveal something else.
Advent #6 is now up!
cinnamon broom - Craft something used for cleaning or got your hands messy, is spicy, is brown, is scented, or hangs up on a wall or door
Thank you again, @bluebird, for giving us these fun advent prompts!
Question:
When this season ends on NYE, do we want to keep this discussion thread going, or do we want to start a new thread for the 2021 Nerd Games?
