Nice! I’m mondo jelous that you get to craft during state testing. I hate proctoring as it is the single most boring thing posible to do.
We are not allowed to grade papers and we’re expected to walk around the room frequently. We used to log in online to monitor progress, but now the admins are doing that. We’re not supposed to be on our computers otherwise. So, this is how I cope- a quiet and easy project!
Nobody has ever told me I can’t, so I will do it until that time comes. And, I retire in a little over 4 years, so I might make it!
Keep it up! We’re not allowed to do anything. I end up counting spots in cieling tiles and crap like that ![]()
Wow! How lucky was that?!
I about fell over when I saw the raffia in particular. That was one of the main supply obstacles on my card.

I’m not a gamer, but I still love this card. I really like dice with different numbers of sides. How many family ATCs have you made so far?
Oh man! I love those knit geodes, so I had better make sure to earn some raffle tickets! Thanks for donating such a fantastic raffle prize @saintcady !
So far I have made 94 family ATCs! I had no idea it was so many! Wow!!
Wait…we can donate prizes already?! ![]()

Wow! Maybe when you hit 100, you could post a pic of them all together. That would be neat to see!
Adorable! I love that it gives off penguin crossed with whale vibes. And, super bonus that he glows in the dark!
- Updated my “That’s how I roll” post to include info for the pin event.
Oh gosh I’m working myself into a dysfunctional spiral while overthinking the BINGO options!
(Partly because I managed to convince myself to NOT buy any new supplies or materials this year, and so far I’ve actually stuck to it, aside from my reward for making it through the first three months!)
Sooooo I might just have to cut my losses and ignore the bingo card entirely so I can start making some more things, and start submitting things I’m working on, HAHAHA
But what if you got supplies from the Use It Lose It craft-along you wouldn’t be buying new supplies.
But also, remember you can be super creative in how something fits a category or prompt. Example: make a pompom in 60s inspired colors. Or draw one of your amazing chickens wearing a 60s style pompom hat!
I have more raffia and pom poms than I need and would be happy to send you some if those are the pain point items. (But also, no pressure. I respect you may just not want more stuff in the house.)
