For my second private swap item for @Immaculata I decided to make something for her craft room. I stuck with a retro style and fell in love with an old sheet music cover that was too perfect not to use as a base reference (reference pic at the bottom of the post).
I have some gouache paints that I’ve only used once and I decided to give them a whirl. I love how blendable they are while still having the feel or acrylics.

Love that the gouache is brighter than watercolors but still has that look.
Of course, no one knits in heels or holds needles like that, so for a knitter, this is also very funny!
I also forgot to add a ball of yarn so her yarn source is MAGIC.
