I wanted to share some older paintings and watercolours I made long before joining Lettuce Craft.
This is probably one of my favourites I’ve ever painted, not because of the painting itself, but because of what it represents. It’s acrylics.
The painting was inspired by this photograph:
I took this photo as we were leaving Hopewell Rocks in New Brunswick during our 2018-2019 RV trip through the U.S. and Canada. I love this photo because it’s from such a happy time, but also because my husband and children are all holding hands, walking down this beautiful path, and somehow I feel like it’s representative of our life. We all support each other and I am so grateful we have created such a wonderful family
I really like the one below just because of the colours. I really like that hot pink with the blue. Acrylics.
I honestly don’t remember what I was trying to do with this, but I really like the colours. Watercolour.
And this was just one of my many attempts at using up the copious amounts of paint my youngest daughter tended to leave behind when she was finished her projects, but I really like the way the colours go together. Acrylics.
Thanks for looking!
