It’s amazing!
Wow! That bird ornament is so well done! I love the added touch of the glitter on the tips of the wings. You did a great job of using such fun and colorful pieces of aluminum!
will this swap run next month also? I’m wondering if I can join after STS wraps up
I don’t think so this year. I have a lot on my plate, but if there is interest and someone wants to host another month through Nov, that would be okay with me.
ok, I just noticed that swappers have 2 weeks to send claims, so I could possibly swing it !
maybe I’ll go ahead & join in hopes that I can make a couple of claims~
They don’t have to be super elaborate! It’s a pretty low key swap.
ok, I’ve jumped in & made a claim!
feel free to give constructive criticism if I’ve made an error on my post!
P.S. I shamelessly gleaned theme ideas from everyone else’s lists – also, do we contact the recipient for their address when we are ready to mail?
Yay! Yes, just send a PM.
Welcome!
I know I said I wasn’t going to claim again, but I couldn’t resist @kayrun’s list.
Yay! Thanks:)
Woo! Finished! Mailing to @cindy tomorrow (tuesday)!
I’m at that stage of @endymion’s ornament when you’re just praying the glue is strong enough .
Check in time! How is everyone doing on their claims?
I have one more thing to add to the ornament I’m making for @Camelama, and then I’ll go to the post office.
I was hoping to do several more claims but life got busy so I’m not sure I’ll have bandwidth to do any more this round.
I’m sending to Jenn tomorrow! Woot!
I made a quick prototype, but have not yet started the real deal.
@cindy recieved her ornament from me but has just gone on holiday so she said I could post pics. The lighting is meh on my pics, but here’s the penguin ornament I created:
Naturally the cutting mat for my Cricut disappeared so I cut the silhouette by hand instead. I painted the background layers on four pieces of transparency film and then layered them with spacing foam for a 3d effect.
