Got it! Thanks for joining. I hope we get a good amount of people. I won’t be able to claim much until the beginning of October. Family stuff going on until then, but I can’t wait for all the goodies. This swap always has such a great gallery!

This looks fun! I might consider joining. On the fence since new baby is here, but I’m having craft withdrawals. 
I’m thinking of crafting before claiming? This way I won’t be stressed out about getting it done in time. I might miss the claim window though.

That’s completely understandable. If we get a few more sign ups the swap will pick up and in the meantime I have no problem waiting to be claimed for awhile.

The ornaments don’t need to be anything crazy elaborate and a lot of people put artist’s choice on their list so you could kake whatever you like. If there’s a specific theme that you want to make, the lists are reposted often, so you should be safe to craft it.

FYI - If you haven’t gotten a claim within a week, try adding some more themes. The swap is moving slowly, but I think it’s just due to the number of people who joined. Just in case, adding themes wouldn’t hurt.
Oooh, this sounds like fun. I’m in the process of switching out my ornaments for more unique one-of-a-kind pieces and this would definitely help.

I just signed up and was about to claim. I reread the instructions (first time doing an on going swap), so we just reply in the discussion board and then I guess we PM the organizer and the one I’m claiming for their mailing address? Is that right?

Yes. That is correct. Or you can just message your partner for their address. But you have to let me know when you send.

Lol I realized just after I made it maybe you would have preferred I had like the cartoon itself embroidered or something. I hope it’s not a disappointment! I had a vision! 
I wanted it to be an old fashioned Xmas tree fairy but actually a monster high character.
