What’s the holidays without a little cheer! This swap is perfect for those who want to do a little or a lot. You can manage how much holiday fun you get by your number of claims!
P.S. Themes do not have to be holiday-oriented. Any theme is welcome!
This swap is an ongoing swap. You can claim as soon as you are accepted into the swap!
How an Ongoing Swap works: You choose the last person who has claimed and form a chain. You have two weeks from the date of your claim to send. Once you sign-up and get the okay, you can start claiming. If you are new to swaps, you can start with 1 claim. Once that claim has been received, you can claim more. Those who have at least one swap under their belts can claim up to three ornaments at a time.
Each claim is for ONE ornament.
When making a claim, please include the following information in the thread:
Location (USA/Country) and allergies. Make sure when you are claiming someone that you know where you are sending and their allergies.
Include the # Claimed, #Sent, and # Received below your message.
List at least 5-10 themes you would like for your ornaments.
Sign-up date range: Sept 16 – Nov 29
Start claiming as soon as you are approved.
Due Date: 2 weeks after claim.
SENDING & RECEIVING
SENDING: When you send your claim, you must PM the organizer (@gozer) and the recipient with the following information:
To, From, Theme, Due Date, and the Delivery Confirmation number if you are inside the US. Outside of the US will require an image of the Customs Receipt.
To Everyone - If you send via letter and your item is lost in the mail you must resend.
If you have to leave something unattached (like the hanger) for shipping reasons, please make that clear to the recipient.

DC# XYZDelivered or image of international receipt.
INTERNATIONAL MEMBERS - MAKE SURE YOUR COUNTRY CAN SHIP TO THE US! We have a lot of customs issues right now. It is your responsibility to check your shipping availability.
RECEIVING: When you receive an ornament, you must PM @gozer and the sender to let us know. Include: To, From, Theme, and Due Date. You have four days to post images of what you received in the Gallery.
Remember to check in at least once a week in the Discussion Thread so that we all know you are working on your claims. I will provide Check-In Questions to help the conversation. And make to have fun and do your best work!
