I don’t have a dedicated art area and work in my dining room with some dedicated art carts and shelves to hold supplies. When I want to make art, I pull what I need from the shelves and roll my art cart over to the table. One of the things I’ve been struggling with is how to store my ink pads so they’re readily available but also easy to store.
I just got this ink pad caddy and it’s exactly what I was looking for. I can easily grab the whole thing and take it over to the table or just grab one of the bins inside
The last 3 lessons from Alisa Burke/Leftovers - adding paper to edges of pages, adding tabs, and adding pockets - things I like to do after more of the pages are prepped/painted.
So no show and tell and I’ll spend tonight and tomorrow painting and collaging pages.
Yeah I agree. I may occasionally add tabs before hand but I want my edges and pockets to go with the theme of the page which I wouldn’t know at this stage.
I’ve finished watching all 5 of the Collage Joy classes and am excited to make my final piece. Hoping to do that tomorrow.

We are FINALLY having our family Christmas tomorrow! then I’m planning to start working through one of the classes I bought. That seemed to be consuming all my thoughts and I just haven’t been feeling creative.
