Peel & stick embroidery sweatshirt

I am posting this because I didn’t know PEEL and STICK!! dissolvable embroidery fabric existed until recently. I’m here to spread the word like an evangelist! I ordered this pattern from Etsy, but I bet you could run blank peel & stick through an ink jet printer. I also taught my little nieces embroidery over Christmas using peel and stick patterns. I wish I had photos. They were so adorable.

I am a Pudue grad twice over, so of course I needed a sweatshirt. Boiler Up! :yellow_heart::black_heart::yellow_heart::black_heart:

Yes, you can run it through a printer. I have done it for years. You just have to be sure that your threads don’t bleed or use a color catcher when you wash! I buy the sheets from Amazon.

Also, hello fellow Boilermaker! I am class of 1975!

Nice sweatshirt!

@AIMR you are a Purdue grad? That’s so awesome! My senior son and I are impatiently waiting for January 15, the day Purdue sends out its first round of acceptance letters. This girl needs a Purdue Momma shirt!

@MamaRhi search “peel and stick embroidery” on Amazon. Both plain and printed sheets will pop up.

Fingers crossed, but they do give preference to alumni associated students, so I bet he gets in!

I also went to Krannert for my MBA. I visited there a few years ago and did not even recognize the campus! The dorms I were in are gone with high rises in their place.

What does our son want to major in? They have so many good majors that are really well-recognized around the world!

My son plans to major in history and anthropology. He completed Purdue’s fast start program, which required him to take a certain number of online Purdue courses. This should guarantee him a spot, but we don’t want to count our chickens yet.

My husband and I both have undergraduate degrees in agricultural education and masters in curriculum & instruction. We live a half hour of campus and even we marvel at all the changes.

Should I make a Harry’s Chocolate Shop shirt next?

This turned out so cool! I love how the font is like the chainstitch from vintage letterman’s jackets!

I’m really glad to know about this peel and stick, printable material, too.
