I made a little sewing destash project on New Years Day. I’m planning on doing more writing and journaling in 2025, so I made a little pen pouch for my fountain pens 
It has secret panda lining 
I saw something similar online, and just winged it, so no pattern. First project and destash of the year! (Only eleventy thousand to go, to get through the rest of the stash)
I loved it the moment I saw the first pic, but…then panda bears happened…omg…too cute, oh, and also practical, but yeah, too cute!

Love the book fabric. Its perfect for this project. And as a fellow fountain pen user, love it. Is the middle one a Pilot, because it looks just like my fine point one. Great way to keep them organized.

Yes! It’s a Pilot Metropolitan F nib and it is SO nice to write with. I didn’t know you were into fountain pens, that’s awesome! We could start a fountain pen club! I’ve just been getting back into it, and got this one as a Christmas gift to myself. Planning on some writing this year 
I used to have a nice collection of fountain pens and beautiful inks. I was gifted a Mont Blanc by the firm I worked for, but sadly, I used it to write a check at Walmart and when the cashier asked to borrow it to write her initials, I forgot to get it back! I often wonder if she ever knew what she was writing with… 
Haha! Yes. I used to use them exclusively, but now i mix my pens around. Funny that i recognized it.

I love a good pen too - fountain, gel, dip, marker, they’re all fun in different ways. I probably have too many pens in all sorts of types and colours, but at least they don’t take up much space
