Petit Fours

I think petit fours mean crying in French. :joy::joy::joy:
These were a labor of love
I bought this pan
https://www.hobbylobby.com/party-baking/baking-supplies/cake-pans-bakeware/square-silicone-mold/p/48097?queryId=b3760c755e0df9b27a4909f357db8f1a
Baked the cake in them, cooled them, washed the mold, then melted white almond bark and filled the cavities up about halfway and reinserted the cakes into them, froze them for 15 minutes then popped them out. I had a silicone mold for flowers that I used dyed gum paste to achieve the shapes
Iโ€™m super happy with how they turned out and hope they are delish!

They look so great! I love petit fours, but would NEVER try to make them myself.

So fabulous! You almost donโ€™t want to eat them (but I would, by the handfuls!)
