I received from @thanate! She went with two of my themes, magic, and kitchen/feeding people, because cooking is like casting a spell; you follow a recipe, and magic happens. She used some fun machine embroidery patterns, and some scrappy fringe.
It’s just exquisite!! And as one whose paintings always focused on “forest floors” just all the more appropriate for me! It now proudly hangs on the carved screen which helps to define the space which is my “studio”. It’s amazing!!
Yay! So happy it arrived & you like it. I love that we both had a similar theme in mind, how cool is that?!
@chameleonhound 2 really great flags! Both totally different too, cool.
Another sweet rendering from Ann, I like those fabric strips at the bottom a lot.

Sort of eerie that you both put spider webs and mushrooms into the same scene…a good eerie…beautiful work in different styles but a way too similar theme…love it!
Yay, I’m so glad you like them, @Kwality570 and @Abbeeroad ! I forgot to put in the note that the embroidery is of a wildflower local to us, a Northern Starflower (which seemed appropriate).
I am astounded by the mushroom serendipity, and love seeing spiderwebs in the flags! That kitchen witch theme is lovely too!
So many beautiful prayer flags!!! Makes me happy!!!
