We decided to do a little Halloween baking and made this pumpkin cheesecake pie. We added whipped cream and a ganache spider web for extra yum and spookiness. My decorating skills for food are so-so, but it’s a pretty tasty pie. I think my favorite is the ginger snap cookie crust!
It looks delicious and the decoration is perfect! I love ginger snaps but I’ve never used them for a cookie crust, I might steal that idea.
