Rye Water Based Noodles

Hmm! Going to try the linked topic. I’m bored, heh.

Ok! A 4:3 ratio of flour to rye. Have ran out of butter & eggs, so another water based noodle, and the bread was just thrown together (am about out of olive oil and sunflower oil, so I bet they’re not that flavorful. Meh, good enough for me, :rofl:).

Also, I really do like this new technique for making noodles.

And, I put in the perfect amount of water. Didn’t have to use flour to keep them from sticking together.

And the meal I made with them.
