Sausage and Mushroom Quiche

Last week I was craving a quiche, so I decided to make one for my lunches this week. I made my crust from scratch from a tried and true recipe that I always use. I par baked it then added in the ingredients and cooked it all again for a half hour. It is the best quiche that I’ve ever had! So delicious! The only thing I did different than the recipe was that I added goat cheese. I love goat cheese so much! I also harvested some garlic chives from my garden for this recipe.

Yummy! It was so cool when I was visiting my sister recently to eat fresh produce they’d harvested from their garden. I’ll bet you were so excited to be able to use an ingredient you grew yourself!
