In a recent prayer flag swap, I created a Scrappy oak tree on a linen base. I did the bare tree first, then added the bits of green and a few extra colors for fun. The 3D leaves are from a leftover fabric master board of organza bits I had made for dragonfly wings and used again for leaves in another project.
I love prayer flags, so simple, easy, and joyful.

Love the way you’ve layered all the colors by using masterboards and scraps. It looks lovely.

I’m not sure it would be possible to love this any more than I already do. I have an entire bin of scraps, I feel some fabric masterboards are in my near future…
