It’s stormy and rainy here, and colder than usual, so soup just makes sense.
I made small meatballs, browned them a bit and added them into a soup that I made from stuff I had.
The soup has carrots and onions, homemade chicken stock from my freezer and some tomato puree.
Added some Parmesan on top when served.
