I received a wonderful swap package from @Bunny1kenobi today. So excited to kick off our gallery!
First, these beautiful hand-colored gift cards. I LOVE the colors and the folk-art-inspired designs. Each one is a unique work of art.
They came in a cute little divided box that looked like it was designed just for them, but was really rescued refuse!
Next, a cute ornament:
I can’t figure out how she made this. The heart looks almost like needlepoint or cross stitch (?) But then there is a chunky, kind of shiny backing, too. I hope she’ll explain the process behind this one!
And I saved the best for last! This stunning little teacup/coffee-cup miniature garden!
You have to zoom in to appreciate all the little details: teeny flowers, a wishing well with a bitty bucket, and all sorts of vegetation. It’s so charming! My son was with me when I was unboxing everything, and he thought this was one of the coolest swap items he’d ever seen.

The little heart definitely is cross stitch but on what? A screen? It makes a nice ornament!

It looks (to me!) Like the doorway screens they sell. They velcro to door frames. I have a broken one I’ve got stashed with a dozen (now a dozen + 1) ideas to do with (but no time or oomph)

The images on the cards are actually from a Chili’s takeout bag! I thought they looked fun and colorful and perfect for little cards. The box was one I’d had for a while, but it was perfect for the cards!
The ornament is cross stitch on a bit of window screen, as y’all suspected. I have some acrylic ornaments, and I used it as a mount for the embroidery.
I’m glad you like the garden in the mug! I had so much fun with this! The well is made from an empty vial of contact lens solution and the bucket is made from the orange cap from a toy gun.

I just got the most AMAZING package from @endymion!!!
With my questionnaire, I sent pics of ideas I liked for recycled crafts and she made me the BEST stuff!!
The first thing I unwrapped was this gorgeous wait hanging! I love this so much!
I’m still trying to decide where it will come to roost.
And the cuuuuuuutest paper towel holder EVAH!
It matches my kitchen so perfectly!

She was concerned about it spinning when pulling towels from it but I have a silicone mat that fits under it perfectly and keeps it from spinning! 
AND she sent some awesome minis!

I’m so glad you like everything! I think it’s funny we both used old dishes in our crafting for each other.
Making the denim feathers took longer than I’d planned, but I like how they turned out. And for the paper towel holder, I learned how to drill holes in dishes. Whee! Plan to use that technique again.

The little bucket made from a toy gun cap is such a clever idea.
The heart embroidery looks great on the mesh. I really like the look it gives.
@endymion Using thread spools for the paper towel holder is a genius idea! Love the colors. What a shame it will be hidden most of the time.The feathers look so soft and fluffy and I love how they look as a wall hanging.

Since we’re local, @Geekgirl and I exchanged swaps today - she made me a lovely assemblage from found and discarded items:
I love the colors and composition! Now to find the perfect spot to hang it…
She also made a sewn notebook whose cover is waxed paper she made; the pages were salvaged from a damaged sketchbook pad:
It will be perfect for writing trip details while traveling!

I love the “treasures” filling up the gallery. It’s difficult to believe they were once trash.
Today I received my own treasures from @Sleepless-Ghost
Please excuse the dark photos! It’s late, but I didn’t want to wait.
First up is this awesome pillow featuring my cats in a lovely fabric collage. I understand why finding a box was difficult!
Next are some book themed goodies. Gift tags and envelopes made from old book pages, cereal boxes and a damaged curtain. They look so cool!
Can’t decide on a favourite, but I really like the dragonfly andthe chubby bird.
Not pictured: some local candy that looks really yummy. 
Thank you so much Eva! I hope my package to you travels quickly once I get it in the mail. All ready to go now.
