Two Pairs of Hot Pads Made from Funderpants Remnants

TheMisterT is kind of hard on hot pads, so the last set I made 2 years ago is pretty done in. Both in staining and the backing fabric wearing through, so as soon as I finished up my recent paper crafting frenzy, I made new ones from stash.

Both pairs use remnants from Funderpants (boxer shorts). It seemed only appropriate that I quilt the heavy metal musicians with pentagrams. :sign_of_the_horns: :rofl:

I love this Tim Holtz print so much that I have tried to use every scrap and had just enough to make 2 more hot pads! There are some 8"-ish wide scraps still that I am sure I will use from something, someday. :skull_and_crossbones:
