Watercolor Oak Leaf

I recently stumbled across this watercolor tutorial by Anna Bucciarelli and had to give it a shot.

It’s my first real watercolor project in a while and I really enjoyed it. My favorite part was probably adding the glazes at the end to really bump up the saturation.

And here are a couple progress pics

Thanks for looking!

It really is beautiful.

The veining looks so realistic. Will you be doing more leaves?
