I made a Minnesota Vikings mascot magnet, a croissant, a peapod, mashed potatoes, and a sock. Our relatives are a little kooky so I thought they might like these freaked-out lil magnets. Lol.
These are made from polymer clay. All but the viking are painted. The viking is all colored polymer clay. I had 2 heavy duty magnets but I ran out so I went to the dollar tree since they usually have a set of magnets for crafting. Of course they didn’t have them this time! So I found some magnetic clips and just broke the magnets out of the back. They are pretty strong so I recommend it if you need some heavy duty magnets. These are kind of large and heavy so they need the good magnets.
Thank you! I didn’t know this at the time but our hosts have a giant magnet board where they put all their magnets! It was the perfect gift! They decided each of the peas are their kids!
Thank you! I actually embedded them into the clay! I put clay right over the top! The only one I didn’t put clay over the top was the peapod. That has the magnets exposed but they are still embedded. With the polymer clay they stay inside just fine. It would definitely be hard to dig out especially with the clay sealed.
