Here’s another sweet little vase I made for the fundraiser.
I threw this one on the wheel and then did some hand carving on it as well. I’ve been experimenting with all sorts of flux glazes lately to create some fun blends and dripping. The final glaze reminded me of lush wisteria blowing in the wind.
I really like the carving on this one!
I can smell the Wisteria from here.
I miss my vines on top of vines on top of vines at my old home. They were stunning. We drove by last year. The new owners had ripped them all out. I was physically ill.
This is such a stunning vase! You make me long to take pottery classes.
The colors are really cool on this one! Lovely shape as well.
