I love both of these interpretations of the prompt(s) and will totally count it! :raised_hands:

I haven’t been paying attention lately, but I will this month. I’m working on a few massive long term projects, can I submit these for the bingo card?

Yes, any stitch can count towards BINGO. It does not have to be complete. :slight_smile:

Wow, that is so gorgeous!! :heart_eyes: Amazing work!

:spiral_calendar: Only 5 more days to get your stitches in for June! We still need one more unique stitcher to qualify for our June drawing.

:mailbox_with_mail: Remember, our June bonus means if you stitched anything for a swap this month, you can share it here for a quarterly drawing entry.

:money_with_wings: Winner of our quarterly drawing receives a $25 gift card to Amazon or Etsy!

:fireworks: It’s July! And that means a new quarter! Unfortunately, we did not have enough stitchers to qualify for our quarterly drawing (one short!). Remember, completed on-theme stitches, completed monthly bonus stitches, OR complete BINGOs (one full horizontal, diagonal, or vertical row filled in) each earn one entry into our drawing and count towards our goal of 5 unique stitches from 5 unique stitchers per quarter.

:pray: Thank you to our qualifying stitchers this past quarter, @Abbeeroad, @jemimah, @wittychild, and @Dooney - you will each have an entry in our next quarterly drawing at the end of September! As long as we get one more qualifying stitch from one more unique stitcher this quarter, I will hold the drawing.

:dart: Since no BINGOs were called last quarter, we will continue with the current BINGO card. Hopefully some of you are close!

:spiral_calendar: Our random themes for July are:

July themes

:christmas_tree: July BONUS: In honor of Christmas in July, stitch something Christmas themed for an entry into our next quarterly drawing at the end of September!

Have fun and happy stitching! :sewing_needle:

Dang it. I had something to share and forgot to get it posted in time. I’ll try to get it up soon.

Please do! I will count it for the Sept drawing. :wink:

I can’t believe it’s August. Summer (here in NJ) feels like it’s almost over already! Where has the time gone?

Seems like we’re all feeling the time fly by as no one managed to get a stitch submitted in July. Because of this, I’ll allow July OR August themed stitches to count this month.

July themes August themes

And BINGO is still going. If folks aren’t into it anymore, we can take a break in the fall.

Have fun and happy stitching! :sewing_needle:

Here’s my August stitch. Doesn’t add anything to my Bingo card except the cross stitch square, and doesn’t fit themes for July or August?

So cute!

I love it! Super cute. I’m sure we can make it fit the themes. I know there are movies with foxes in them. And you/this little stitch are definitely my hero for posting something this month! :tada:

I stitched some things!! I’ll post them tomorrow.

One fits the theme, the other is just a thingie I stitched.

I actually finished something this month! Maybe it could fit ‘dead tree’ because I turned it into a card? :woman_shrugging:

Yes! Absolutely! I was planning to do a book-themed stitch for dead tree but couldn’t even get started. Your card is lovely!

@AntBee - yesss!

@Immaculata - can’t wait to see!

It is still August in some time zones right??

I finished this for a personal swap, it’s related to justice and I’ve heard this so many times in movies . Although of course we also have warrants in our judicial system, we don’t have a similar “catchphrase”. Actually, a lot of people are more familiar with American legal concepts such as the Miranda warning than their own legal rights in this country, thanks to Hollywood (we also have the right to silence but it’s called something else):

This is an extra stitch, it came with an issue of the World of Cross Stitching that I bought on the train station when I was going on a little trip. I stitched most of it in my hotel room and finished last week.

As for the bingo, it’s hard to keep track of because my printer isn’t installed atm. I’ve not found a way yet to keep track on my phone - when I download the image it’s suddenly entirely black. But with these two stitches I can cross cross stitch, words and five colours :slight_smile:

They are both fun and nicely done!

You can also use pop culture inspired! Up up and away was a very pop culture song and legal shows should also count as pop culture, right?

I hadn’t heard that song before! Such a happy song.
