I have been working almost exclusively from stash this year. Well, since the last nail was pounded into JoAnn’s coffin last year, actually. BUT two of my “bigger” projects this year were particularly stashy. The most recent is my Easter Jackalope Nutcracker, but it was only a few weeks before this that I finished a tiny paper model of a friend’s house.
After making one well-received neckerchief for a neighbor dog who always wears one and immediately gets them filthy, I asked his dad if it would be OK if I made him some more. He gave enthusiastic approval! So yesterday I dug through my fabric stash and found about 15 bright prints of which 12 were big enough to cut a 21" square, so I did! Sewing them up to follow.
