50 Projects, More or Less, 2024

My tracking on this thread really fell over this year, so I don’t really know my final number. I’ve been doing a lot of art this year.

Just recently I started keeping a simple manual list, and this is what I’ve done since 1 November (concealing some secret swap info) -

I’m managing to make around 2-3 things a week at least, so I guess I must be over 100. Hopefully I will figure out a better way to record things in 2025 :smile_cat:

Woohoo! Congratulations! I’m sure your deck counts as 100 projects on its own too :smile_cat:

I love the look of your handwritten list with that cool date stamp. Gen X school library nostalgia!

You definitely did some baking in 2024! That is probably more baking than I have ever done in my entire life!

Matcha cupcakes sound good to me…like they would go good with a nice cup of tea!

I bet everyone wants to be your friend at work…beautiful presentations as well…and how cool that you experiment and try all sorts of new ideas for baking!

I have a specific bag I use to bring in my goodies (just a reusable gray Target bag) and whenever they see it, they know there’s going to be desserts after lunch :joy: I’m just glad I have people to share my baking with ! Can’t eat them all by myself :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

I whipped out one last project this year, a tree ornament commemorating our March marriage. It’s my 107th for 2024! I’m excited for the 2025 version of this thread. THANK YOU, @AIMR for putting it together every year!

HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE!

I finished repurposing some old curtains to fit the bay window of our new living room 5 minutes before our NYE guests arrived! No one noticed that I still had some pins in the hem!

They look fab!!

Thanks! They were originally given to me by my sister and used in my home around 20 years ago! They were 96 inches, so way too long to clear the baseboard heater, plus, the panels did not match in pattern, which drove me nuts!

This took longer than I thought because of the matching, but they were free and in good condition. It probably would have been faster to get all new, but it gave me something to work on during a stressful time.

Once all the furniture is in place, I’ll see how I feel about them, but for now, a win!

Despite moving and other things happening in my life, I managed 44 projects! Some were quite small, like the two lamps shown…I just added some trim to make them more my Boho style!

No project is too small!
