Brief Description:
Soaps with inclusions are rather tedious and this one was no exception. This is a nod to the moonbase Helios from the Borderlands game series. Hexagons feature prominently in the Helios design, as does the colour yellow, so I filled this soap with yellow hexagon embeds. The scent is “Graphite Steel.”

I started long ago to make the elements of a book nook, but with no clear design in mind. Recently, I bought a kit so I’d kind of have an idea of what to do before freehanding my own. This was a really fun kit! I realize that Lego Harry is a little large, but he’s enjoying it. swapped out the frontmost sign for one from the bakery in Kiki’s delivery service. There’s an angled mirror in the back to give the illusion that it continues on around the corner.

I was trying to get the look of bubbles and foam on the top of this one. I’ve made more “bubbles” so I can have a larger quantity on my next batch, but this isn’t bad. Smells heavenly, just like the wax melts.
