I made these pages for my three partners in the Junk Journal Page Swap. They all had some mention of color in their theme lists, so I decided to run with that idea. It made sorting through supplies easier and more fun!
The foundations of all of them are various cardstock pockets and folders. Coincidentally, I had things that fit all the sizes I needed, which was very satisfying in that craft stash way! They are meant to be pasted into a journal, so the backs are all blank.
Color gradient theme for @chameleonhound (plus a bit of “bird” theme, and I chose the base tealy, turquoisey blue/green to tap into “the sky” theme color-wise)
Mono-colour theme for Renstar (plus a bit of the other themes of “positivity,” “texture,” and “fiddles”)
Bright colours plus black and white theme for @jemimah (plus themes of “outerspace,” “colourful art,” “cool vintage stuff,” “abstract designs,” “modern style,” “postage stamps,” and “birds”)
Each one included a little embellishment piece that I got from @Smmarrt in the Junk Journal Add-Ins Swap, too! The first two have printed papers, and the last one has the “freedom” bird card. They were the perfect embellishments in the exact colors I needed! Thanks, Susan!
Thanks to my partners for giving me lots of fun inspiration and @geekgirl for organizing all these great paper and junk journal swaps! And that YOU for stopping by and taking a look!
