Deviled Eggs with bacon and cheddar

I put this under appetizer but could easily go under snacks.

I’m sure everyone has their basic deviled egg recipe. But I’m going to brag on myself and say everyone loves my deviled eggs :laughing:

Sometimes I leave them basic. But lots of time o fancy them up by adding bacon and cheese

12 boiled eggs
1 Tbs apple cider vinegar
2 tsp yellow mustard
4 tbs Mayo (I used light)
Salt and pepper to taste
4strips bacon
1 oz shredded cheese

Cut eggs in half lengthwise and pop the yolk out and put yolks in a bowl. With a fork mash the yolks with the vinegar, mayo, mustard, s&p.
Add in the bacon, crumbled and the cheese. Mix. Divide evenly among all the egg halves.

Also good with hot sauce or sriracha on top!
