PS: For the moment I am not an active member of the Happy Mail group (apart from some Happy 2026 cards I sent out).
My health only allows me a couple of active hours a day (on good days), and there’s only so much I can do within that time.
I DO hope to send out Happy Mail in the future again.

Glad my international friends are receiving mail! The holiday mail was so slow and random!
I don’t think you have to be a formal “member” of this group to get happy mail. I just wanted to send out some news to people in my new address book!
@madebyBeaG I have received some lovely things and mail from you over the years and when I see them, I think of you (and especially since you have been using your time for your beautiful art!!).

@AIMR Thank you so much for the beautiful card and thoughtful letter. We are still recovering from 2025, and I am always touched when someone recognizes how difficult things had been. I appreciate you more than you know 
I do want to say that both my husband and I have made full recoveries, at least physically. 2026 has been much kinder to us so far

I’ve taken a looooong break from LC and haven’t been around for quite a while. However, someone remembered me and tagged me for a swap - which encouraged me to come out of hiding. I don’t feel ready for swapping yet but I’m definitely up for some happy mail and I’d love to join in on this craftalong - if that’s okay!?
For those who don’t know me…
Hi! I’m Eva and I live in Germany with my husband and my two kids. I love sending and receiving cards and whenever I find time also letters. It’s a simple way of bringing happiness to people I think. I enjoy all kinds of happy mail that fills my mailbox
I’m also a passionate teacher and last year I did a postcard project with my students - on World Postcard Day we sent postcards to people around the world and received a whole lot in return. My job keeps me quite busy at the moment but I love it more than ever before. A few years ago I joined a sewing club and once a week I meet with other women to spend the evening sewing and chatting. I’m also super happy that I have finally started a sewing club at school for students to learn how to sew. Apart from sewing I enjoy paper crafts and mixed media art projects.
Happy to be back and looking forward to send out happy mail again!
