Let’s dance!!
Welcome to the Invite Your Partner Swap 2024. This swap is tailormade for you, even down to your choice of partner! For this swap, you can invite a Lettuce Craft member to swap with you, or you can put your name on a list of members looking for a partner.
The swap requirements are up to you and your partner to decide. You can make the swap as big or as small as you like – anything from an ATC to an astrolabe constructed entirely of matchsticks. Just make sure you discuss the time and cost commitments with your partner.

Some ideas for your swap could be:

- follow the guidelines of another swap
You are allowed to have two partners in this swap if you want to.
Communication is key in this swap. We have a long crafting time, and we’re swapping with people we like and admire. Please make sure you can follow through on your commitments, and keep in touch with your partner and the organizer if there are any problems. There will be weekly check in questions in the discussion.
It can be scary to ask someone to swap, but I hope you will give it a go! Think about how you’d feel if someone asked you – you’d be thrilled, right? Of course, sometimes time demands or postage costs mean that someone can’t commit to a swap right now, so please don’t take it to heart if you get a no. Ask someone else - there’s a bunch of wonderful lettuce heads who’d love to dance with you! And if it’s too scary, or if you don’t know who to ask, keep reading, I can help

Small exception to the shipping rules - If you and you partner have agreed to swap a small, flat item that can be mailed as a letter (e.g. ATC, 4x6 art), the papercraft rules will apply - you don’t need to get tracking or a receipt, but you must be prepared to remake and resend if the envelope doesn’t arrive within a reasonable time.

She could weave a model Millenium Falcon for you from bamboo and moonbeams.”
