It always makes me laugh when they call recipes pumpkin bread, or banana bread. Bread?? More like cake 
I followed this recipe very closely apart from using about half the suggested sweetener and I didn’t have sunflower seeds to put on top. But oh boy, this bread turned out so delicious!!
