Nerd Games - Summer Camp 2025

@Tanath your pink and black keychain/ purse charm was a perfect way to craft along with the swap. I especially like the flower and the fun textures you have here.

@craftADDchick - I love all the varied stitches on your pastel heart.

@AudiobookLover - your sunset heart is gorgeous! I love how that came together.

@Smeddley - your little ghost is so cute! I especially love that little bow.

@megwell - amazing work for ICAD! Your cards are all so unique, and cool.

@storerboughtcreation - I don’t think it is possible for me to love that suitcase, more than I do! Such a labor of love, and it turned out fabulous!

@saintcady - blackberry lemonade sounds delicious! I may have to beg you for that recipe…

@gozer- your stargazing bunny heart knocked my socks off, and I am totally inspired by your pumpkin head clothes pins. Plus, I am totally going to knock off your pin flag. Sorry, not sorry.:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

@BatsAndBrownies -the sunflower hat is SO CUTE.

@Mountains_and_Clouds- I love your pin sash! So colorful, and perfect for summer camp!

@Tapestry - you always do so many lovely artwork items, but that cockatoo is amazing!

@LindyBlues -your wooden heart turned out great, I especially like the way you did the flower.

@QueenHobo - the rose that you embroidered on your wooden heart is amazing! This is a technique. I would love to try sometime.

@LovelyMiss - the Rude Dog stuff turned out really really well! Someday I’d love to try sublimation.

Yes, I’ve made some pretty nice rooms! Honestly it’s kind of hard to screw up, unless you’re just randomly clicking on stuff.

@storerboughtcreation – That suitcase is incredible. That is so much work! Wow. Every stitch looks perfect too.

@saintcady – Those hoops are so neat looking. I love the style. The colorful earrings and bracelet look so festive and fun. PS. Thanks for joining the swap! All that blackberry stuff looks so yummy. Especially the lemonade. I bet it’s scrumptious!

@Megwell – Ha! Love the Ronald McDonald! Too funny. Lovely friendship bracelets. I love them so much. I’d love to find one! Your Pocket letter is the perfect theme for our site birthday. Best of luck with the contest!

@bunny1kenobi – How sweet of you to remake your postcard. I was very worried mine would go missing. Sorry that yours did. That Macrame crescent moon is absolutely beautiful!!! I love the colors, style, everything. Its stunning. And the fact that it lights up. Chef’s kiss. Also, your handwriting has always been so perfect. It could be a font. I would use it all the time! The drawstring bags are very nicely done and the fabric is perfect for a mans luggage.

@Mountains_and_Clouds – Your pottery is so amazing. I love the added rainbow. It makes it so bright and cheery!

I was late on cleaning day. But I did organize my Daniel Smith watercolors tonight. I just need to label my squares once the reference cards are fully dry.

Project Name: Notebook Papers
Project Link: N/A
Brief Description: Recently, I’ve been wishing I had a notebook to help me keep my craft ideas organized. When I discovered A5 binders, they seemed like the perfect size and solution. I got myself a binder and while researching papers to fill it with, I found some lined paper that I really liked. At a little over a dollar a sheet though, it was way too expensive. So, I bought some blank paper and made my own. Then I thought, why not embellish it with some flowers?
I have already used this paper to write down secret crafty plans!

Thank you, I spent way more time on it than it warranted, but I’m happy with the outcome (though I just realized I have too many zaps and free range squares available).

@Bunny1kenobi ummm what the heck, those pinfolk are SO COOL

@Tapestry I’m over here swooning over your DS watercolor collection!!

@AudiobookLover Nice work on making the A5 sheets! And those tracking sheets are so nice and clear (as opposed to my handwritten-everywhere-so-I-can’t-find-them-when-I-need-them scribbles)!

After wanting this game for a LONG TIME (but also not wanting to add some unnecessary clutter to our home, as we’re super good at that), we finally bought Abducktion, and it’s super cute and fun! (And can be frustrating too! Yay!)

@AudiobookLover your binder pages are fantastic!! I have gotten so many awesome notebooks in swaps that I have no shortage and that’s that I use for tracking the games. My pages aren’t as cute (even though the covers are delightful)!

@Mountains_and_Clouds I’ve heard Abducktion is a lot of fun! And great re-use on the Washi tape…. Clevvahhh!

This  is exactly why I wanted to get a binder style notebook (plus, I can add in ideas as they come instead of them being over multiple random pages, which is what I feared would happen with a spiral notebook).

That game looks fun. How many players is it for?
