The names on the books crack me up, Cat Naps, How to get more treats, How to convince your human you don’t need baths. My Dahl could have used that last book. She got many a bath! @geekgirl – the llama is so fun and cute! I love that little face peeking out from the flowers. And you collage with the girl. Her expression is so perfect for that quote. Oh my. It’s like looking at one of your friend’s kids that you secretly want to slap. Hahahah!
@Lindyblues – The Canadian card is fun! You put so many details in: the moose, hockey, maple leaf, mountains, beaver, and a bird! Great roundup of Canada! That dragon – I have a thing for metallic! The gold is fantastic. I can also see the dragon playing the piano. And you know I love my card. The books and cat are amazing!
@pioneer9 – You nailed it with the Cute Ghost theme! It looks so cheerful! The flower is a nice touch, too.
@Thanate – again, I love, love, love this card. The mood you set, the purr-fection of the cat pose. You nailed it! Absolutely amazing card! And you made a zine?! How clever! Great idea.

Life’s been hectic, but I wanted to chill for 10 minutes and look through the awesome cards people have been making and receiving
@thanate, I love the potion card, especially the sewn edges and how well the colours work together.
@gozer aww, thank you so much for the kind words The Canada card is a mini-version of a greeting card I made for the greeting card swap last year, but the ATC has more muted colours (mostly because I used markers over top of acrylic paint and it dulled the marker colours, but I think it ended up being a cool effect). I’m so glad you loved the reading/cat card I had fun drawing the dragon, too 
Your cozy vibes card is gorgeous! It makes me want to go there and sip some tea while reading a book. What medium did you use? The lines, colour, are all so perfect. I love the pages in the book in the background; such cool details!
@jellybean Wow; that card is amazing! I love the textured background! I am unfamiliar with Discworld, but now I feel like I need to look it up.
@Myruka, the little bunny and deer are so cute, and I love all the details in the background as well—how the trees inthe back are “out of focus.” It makes the subject in the forefront pop and ties it all in so well
@curiousfae, I love htat cat! I love the fur details especially. I find this kind of thing hard to do, so I love seeing how people shade it.

The background is actually not fabric-- it’s a bit of security envelope over-painted w/ watercolor & gel pen. The “liquid” bit is a decorative vinyl meant for sewing.

Did you use markers? It does not look like that when I use markers and I don’t know why, but it reminds me of a Victorian ghost love it
