I Edel submit this Seminole pieced bag for the quarterly challenge (and bingo prompt, try a new technique if I’m allowed count it for both)
Seminole piecing is new to me, I followed an awful pattern from a book for this-(molliemakes patchwork) . Abandoned it once I had this panel and winged a pattern for the purse. The fabric was a cyanotype I made yesterday in a workshop. I adore the colour of cyanotype, it’s a different blue from every other blue in my stash (as I discovered when I tried to match it for the strap
