Yall. I just accidentally wandered in here, and I kind of want to join in. But I’m also kind of afraid to… I know it’s probably not all as confusing as it seems at first, but I’ve always been afraid to join an STS because there are so many things I could mess up organization-wise!!
But that being said…. I’ve got some functional pottery, tiny pottery, some art, some woven stuff… not sure if anything would find interest, but I’ve always been intrigued.
Join us! I know your crafts will do well and STS is fun. It’s a chance to pick up gorgeous crafts AND make whatever you want for your fellow crafters to squee over and covet. @irid3sc3nt is a wonderful organizer and helps keep us straight if the points get muddled. Tracking your points isn’t hard though.
You should totally join! The whole points thing is far more complicated to explain that it is to use. 
STS is so much fun! It’s actually really easy - everyone gets 5 points to start with and you have to end with 5 points at the end. You can price your items as you see fit. You just can’t go negative or have too many points at once (when someone is sitting on extra points they’re out of circulation and others can’t use them to buy things). Think of it like a craft fair where everyone gets tickets (points) and you have to “sell” more items to be able to “buy” items.

Goblin pot is done and ready for STS!
It has kind of a Dark Crystal feel to it, which was not intentional, but which I’m not unhappy about. The air plant is just for show.
