You are quite the handy woman! Sounds like you have put a lot of work into making a space work for your hubs…we also have a slanted ceiling in my hubs office…once we got furniture there, he quit bumping his head!

Yesterday I finished the initial stage of a tiny card-making project; tonight I am doing the fussy business of getting the 60 of them as identical in size as possible. At 1" x .5" it was easy enough, but then I decided that wasn’t tiny enough and now it’s just eyeballing. 
The one thing I made in its entirety was a Thai-inspired soup…I found ready-made tom yum broth at Aldi so there wasn’t exactly a recipe or cooking ingenuity involved.

After a very rough morning, I tried to calm down this afternoon by making a Valentine for my husband, who was formerly a software developer, and now is the product manager for a software company. So, computer stuff. Only problem? I forgot just how tense paper crafting can make me! 
And the inside. I haven’t written a message yet, but it will probably be a pun like “You drive me wild”, to go with the thumb drive. Admittedly, the whole time I was working on it I just kept thinking, ‘This would look so much cuter if @TheMistressT had done it. She makes it look so easy!’ LOL.

Working on some cover inserts for DVD cases. Tonight was the frustrating trial and error phase, so I think I’m done for the evening. But the next session should (ha!) be easier.

So, this morning, instead of getting ready for work–I played around with atcs. Yes, I still got my son and myself to school (I sub) on time! I was glad an after school meeting was canceled so I could make even more like the whole 'lotta zetti style atcs I have here! Here’s a sneak peak.

I am definitely going to change gears and work on some masterboards…I am pretty sick of sewing right now…
I love the textures you got with that sheet rock tape…I might have to go to the store just to get a roll…
I am working on making many pieces of individual boro pieces as part of a larger project…they take longer than I thought but maybe it is because I enjoy doing them and I forget about time…the picture is deceptive…they are about 2 inches long

I’m thinking of switching gears, too, or adding gears is more accurate, i guess. I was thinking if there is a March Thing-a-day that i would aim to complete a project each day rather than count the ongoing stuff. I may start that earlier. I feel good that I am hitting my goal of spending time crafting each day and I also want to see some completions. These big projects lack instant gratification.

I organised a whole bunch of scraps. Tidied my house and made these two little pouches for @anna.wahnsinn 's girls.
Now I’ve a bunch of scraps for improv quilt blocks and a load of 2.5"strips. I just need inspiration for a quilt for the strips.
