I made the wings a few years ago to fit onto Delia’s harness and decided to use them for a costume for Vivienne. I used a store bought harness to make a pattern and leftover metallic fabric from the wings and black polar fleece from stash to make a “vest.” Then sewed the wings to it.
I don’t think Vivienne is going to be a all-out-costume gal, but she’s used to wearing a cold weather vest or jacket, so I hoped she’d go for this… and she has!
