@AIMR I love that whale, it looks so cozy and huggable
@Renstar and @Silky_Bee, I hear VW campers/buses last forever and are easy to fix on your own if you’re just a tiny bit handy. I knew someone who owned one for decades. I think they finally got rid of it as they don’t travel as much now that they’re homesteading.
Can the same project serve as a completed prompt on multiple cards? I am nearly finished with a mini quilt that I have listed on my Kimberbell Projects card, but I am wondering if it will also work for a square on my WIPGO card.
I think so, because of you were at real bingo and playing multiple cards and a number was called, you would mark that number on every card.
Speaking from my extensive experience of being at exactly one bingo game

I also have very little experience playing BINGO, but my understanding is that you can mark off anything called on one or 100 cards! And, in this case, across multiple threads! I say go for it…I am going to call out more numbers since I like giving out prizes!
Was a solution found for people who want to join late?

Ugh…not really…I wanted this to inspire people, including me, to finish our WIPS, but it seems everyone is just doing their own thing or aren’t into making a game of it.
I would just say make a Bingo card with WIPS or new projects and newcomers can start by having two squares plus the free. The only other rule is that you should post your completed WIPs here when you join as well as your cards.
I am going to call out 4 more numbers…somebody needs to win! lol
Linda, FWIW, it has been motivating for me in terms of turning my “I should do that” projects into actual projects. I do have several marked off – some already called, some waiting for their number to come up – and O1 teed up to be my creative happy hour project in a couple of weeks.

Wow–such variety! That’s a lot of projects when you see them on a grid…I still haven’t done mine because I have so many WIPS to unpack from my move yet…I should just do one with what I have unpacked…lol
Anyway, I apologize for not staying up on the bingo game…this is tax season for me and I am slammed in all directions…
I see some things on yours that I want to try…my new gelli plate is waiting for me to start using her!
I don’t have any WiPs other than the stupid purple sweater battle. I do have a few kits and “wanna do”s around the place, but all untouched/not started. I also have zero craft mojo at the mo’.
Since I have committed to myself and to TheMisterT that I am going to focus on the bookshelf project, my creative time for more “crafty” projects is going to be limited for awhile. I expected this for 2025, but not so early in the year (see below). I have gathered several new cutting dies over the last couple months, without specific projects in mind. I have challenged myself to use them anyway to just play - not a strong suit of mine. I think I’m going to start a topic that I add to over the year with these results, but I will still count each one as a finished project for my list.
In practice, my “wood shop” is not heated, but the gear I wear for snow plowing will keep me warm for awhile, so I have set up some parameters for keeping on track:
If it is at least 25F/-4C outside, I will work at least 2 hours outside (including snow removal) at least 5 days/week.
I’m really curious how this will effect my year-end total! I don’t have goals for numbers of projects, but I do like to track them here. Maybe I’ll end up closer to the 50 in the title this year than I usually do?

You can play with new projects as well…the goal is to get 50 projects done. The WIP bingo is for those of us that want to make everything but have unfinished projects that loom in the background…I know it has motivated me to finish a few WIPS before I start a new project or get more supplies! Just a little, anyway! ha
I finished making the top of a Halloween Quilt that was on my list last year…I used the scraps to make a set of coasters. I cut up some scrap PUHL fabric to put inside so that any moisture won’t leak onto the furniture. We are not coaster people, but my brother is, so he will probably take them.
I love the coasters! You’re so clever at making them with your scraps from time-to-time. I bet it helps knowing your brother will use them daily and I think I remember you saying he sometimes gifts them to his visitors when they take a shine to one.

I have made him several sets over the years, all using scraps. I have batting already cut to size and will now cut up some PUHL as well. They just seem to “disappear” in his house. I am sure he and his drinking buddies accidentally toss them or take them home…and he does have 13 cats as well that might take them. No matter…he likes them and I like making them.
Most of the items on my card were really works-in-ponder rather than in hands-on progress. Or longer-term goals (e.g., participate in Craft This in Your Style more regularly this year) that WIPGO helps me be more accountable for.

Exactly what I wanted…everyone to use it to motivate and account for themselves and potentially have fun and win prizes!
@AIMR - those fabrics are gorgeous! I love the coasters and bibs. If you do a WIPGO card you could always make unpacking your other WiPs one of the spots .
