Some other Winter Games start this week! Check out the special event, which will run until March 15.
What you’re seeing is actually a reflection - no paint involved
. Once my cards are received, I’ll post pics that will reveal all
.
It’s like you knew I’m a massive Olympics nerd
.
Am I reading the event terms correctly that we can post the BT until 3/15, it’s just the prize eligibility for it that ends 2/26?
Good question. That was just a typo.
As long as you turn in the BT by 3/15, you can claim your prize until the end of the season.
Prompt: February - Getting Saucy
Team: Pepperoni Posse
Project Name: Tracking Page #3
Project Link: Tracking Page
Brief Description: Tracking page for February, Craftlympics, and the library events. This was printed and is meant to be spread out over a notebook and glued down…at least for my notebook.
Project Photo(s):
Downloadable version is in the project post.
Prompt: February - It Will Be A Pizza Cake
Team: Pepperoni Posse
Project Name: Over-the-Top LC Address Book
Project Link: N/A
Brief Description: I have trouble keeping track of mailing addresses, especially now that I’m trying to be better about sending happy mail. And sometimes you find something perfect and just want to send it to someone. Or want to keep track of all the things they love for swaps (especially little things that might not be in a swap questionnaire). These address and more pages are my answer to that. They’re 8.5x11 and I printed 25 or so and put them in a bright pink binder. And they’re multi-colored.
Project Photo(s):
That page is awesome! I scramble for all the bits of paper that I have jotted down addresses, ideas, etc. about our members for future reference.
I remember getting some cool pages to print out that were made for me by one of my first swap partners. I bet I still have the file! (BTW..we are still friends on FB and she lives less than 1/2 hr from me. We are reconnecting over lunch soon!)
I love this idea! I was recently thinking that I need a way to keep track of LC’ers addresses. I was thinking of trying to find old style address pages like the kind I remember everyone having a book of when I was a kid so I could add some to my notebook. Your idea is so much better! What a great way to note all those little tidbits that could be helpful in future swaps!
You guys are both way prettier about keeping track of LC addresses than I am. I just have them saved in my Google address book, and I list LC usernames in the “Nickname” space. That way if I can’t remember someone’s real name, I can search by username, to find them.

Project Name: Meowschief ATC

Brief Description: I guess “Meowschief” isn’t quite a mixed metaphor or misheard quote, but it is silly wordplay. More relevantly, this was made for a friendly LC member and is a picture of my pet, and it is also multicolored (even gradient stamp ink)!

I apologize in advance for how much I’m shoehorning some of these into the prompts.
But I really am proud of myself for making progress on my scrapbooking, since it’s actually extremely difficult for me to make myself just sit down and do it, even though I really love looking back at them later. So I’m giving myself a little credit for getting pages done by claiming points for them here. ![]()
